St. Pauls Printing & Label Company has been trading for the over 140 years and has a wealth of experience in producing all types of metal embossed and printed identification labels on various materials for all types of applications and industries along with metal stampings and pressings.
We firmly believe that product labelling enhances your product or service and ensures your company name is clearly identified as the manufacturer/supplier, and therefore for both branding, marketing and legal reasons product labelling and identification is a vital part of any finished item or service provided. Stamped with a sunk or raised design, nameplates are available in a range of finishes and metals together with a choice of sizes and shapes. We make embossed and incised labels for furniture, sheds, garage doors, gates, fence panels and garden furniture. These metal labels are hardwearing, good looking and add style to customer’s lines. Setup is low cost and any quantity, large or small can be catered for. We also supply sequential numbered labels for tracking identification.
Screen Printed labels are extremely versatile and can be printed on a varity of metals and plastics. This is carried out in-house by applying an image to a sheet of material or component by squeezing ink through a stencilled screen, allowing the ink to become bonded to the base material and form a permanent image. Ideally this process is used by us to produce Company branded labels to fix to security fencing at events and building sites and facility services. Screen Printing has excellent durability; it is highly versatile and very cost effective. This process provides the most vivid, colour fast image of all printing types. Etched and Anodised nameplates are very well suited to corrosive environments. The label can be sunken or raised and then filled with colour if required. Often labels that are displayed outside are anodised to ensure its prolonged life in all weather conditions.
We have an in-house die and tool making facility that utilises computer design, drawing and modelling followed by spark erosion, milling, pantographing and CNC engraving. We manufacture dies and forces from computer generated artwork, and are able to offer a wide range of custom made stampings and pressing tools. |
