Bussbar components produced to extremely tight tolerances on a multi-stage progression tool. In the flat and/or formed condition.

An electrical component produced out of Copper, showing 'Crowning' on the left hand edge of the component and still maintaining the flatness to the component, in spite of the proximity and sizes of the three holes, relatively to the edge of the components. |

A large Galvanised Mild Steel Bracket, with a number of extremely accurate bends, together with strengthen ribs and shape, to add strength to the component and save on cost of materials. |

An extremely accurate miniature Lead frame, produced from a multi-stage progression tool in very large quantities. |
A selection of miniature pressed components, produced from Tungsten carbide Progression tools, in extreme high volumes.

An extremely accurate spring connector produced from Stainless Steel. The end nearest the hole, has been formed back onto it's self twice, (to give added strength to the component). Component is produced in its finished condition, from a multi-stage progression tool. |
All three components are produced simultaneously on the same tool, out of coil Brass, only 2mm wider than the largest component. |

Three separate 2mm thick Stainless Steel components, when assembled together, are the main components in a Heavy Duty, Ratchet type, Strapping retainer, for the trucking industry. |
An accurate pressed cover, produced out of Mild Steel. In order to save cost on material thickness, a number of strengthen ribs, have been added to the component.

A large component produced from a number of secondary operation tools. Material: 1.6mm thick, once pressed out, it is then over moulded and supplied to the Automotive industry |
A large component produced from a number of secondary operation tools, due to the low volumes required. Material: 0.8mm thick, Mild Steel, which is then Zinc plated and is part of a Brake Adjuster for trucks. |

A medium sized Bracket, produced from a Multi-stage Progression tool. Material: is 1mm thick Mild Steel, which is then Zinc plated. |
A small sized Bracket, produced from a Multi-stage Progression tool. Material: is 0.8mm thick Mild Steel, which is then paint coated. |
