Dr. Jay Bal is the Director of the UKCCM and is also Director of the InterLean e-business centre at the University of Warwick, Coventry UK. He has a first degree in Electronics, an MSc in Integrated Circuit Systems Design (UMIST) and a PhD in Knowledge-Based Systems (Warwick).
Dr. Bal is a founding director of the Virtual teaming association and a special advisor to the Commonwealth Secretariat on SME Business Development. He is a frequent speaker on e-business and strategy issues related to SMEs. The work that he did with the Government of Tuvalu has been awarded the Sunday Times Internet Innovation of the year (2000). | |

Grant Melrose was a Project Consultant of the West Midlands Collaborative Commerce Marketplace. He was responsible for the www.ready-for-business.co.uk site on UKCCM, which was designed to help Small Medium Enterprises to find and win business related to the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. He continues to provide support for the site in his spare time.He specialised in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like SugarCRM and vTiger, and in Web Content Management Systems (CMS) like Joomla.
Grant has now set up his own company, Business Tools Limited, trading on-line with the Business2dot0 brand, and he continues to specialise in CRM, Web CMS, Web-site Hosting, Search Marketing, SEO, and Email Marketing. Xiao Ma was a Project Consultant of the UKCCM and now is an Associate Professor and director of the WMG Accelerator in the International Institute of Product and Service Innovation at the University of Warwick, Coventry UK. He has a first degree in Computer Science, an MSc in E-Business Management from Warwick University and a PHD in Automated Ontology Building
His current research focus is on Knowledge Engineering particularly on Ontology Engineering and applied ontology. His research interests also include E-Business cloud solution, social network analysis, data visualization and decision support systems. |

Emma H. Dai joined the University of Warwick as a PhD student, and under the supervision of Dr Jay Bal as a member of the Interlean E-Business centre in the Warwick Manufacturing Group. She has obtained a BSc in Computer Science, and an MSc in Electronic Business Management from University of Warwick.
Her current research focuse is on Harmonizing culture in multi-party projects and Mergers and Acquisitions. The aim of the research is to develop a culture based exercise to tackle culture conflicts when merger happens. Her research interests also include social networking and e-business innovations. | |

Xin Wang is PhD researcher of the Interlean E-Business centre in WMG at the University of Warwick, BSc in Electronic Engineering and MSc in Engineering Business Management at University of Warwick.
Current research focus on the impact of visibility on the supply chain performance for SMEs. Interested area: social media, mobile apps, cloud solution for supply chain collaboration. Current work in UKCCM: Developing a supply chain visibility enabling module for ukccm. . |

S.Mohammad Nabavieh joined the WMCCM group. He has a BSc in Software Engineering and an MSc in IT project management with International Business from Birmingham City University.His second MSc is in E-business management from Warwick Manufacturing Group (WMG) at the University of Warwick.
He has completed a doctorate in data analytics, exploring the relationship between businesses improvements and financial performance in SMEs at Interlean E-Business centre in the International Digital Lab, University of Warwick. | |
