Cooke Brothers production facilities include the latest state-of-the-art CNC blanking with electronic roll feed to guarantee fast set-ups and repeatable quality standards.
We can manufacture fully formed or assembled components at rates up to 600 parts per minute. Bihler Multislide capacity incorporating coil fed strip or wire - or combining both into a completed assembly - allows us to offer economical high quality production of multiformed components.
Modern secondary operation presses up to 100 tonnes capacity are available for low volumes of complex shapes. Ancillary equipment for operations such as riveting, drilling, welding, tapping, linishing, and folding mean we can produce fully finished components. Complete product assemblies and sub-assemblies are an important part of our manufacturing programme. We can deliver finished products to you either bulk packed or in specialist packing to your specification.
